Our current waiting times are around 5 months for all types of appointments. However, this varies for each clinician and across the year, sometimes this is much sooner than that.
If you are only seeking therapy please be aware we have limited capacity at the moment. We are happy to onboard you, we need this information for our matching service, if we cannot match you to a clinician we will let you know.

Our clinics in Hayle, Falmouth, Bodmin, and Exeter, along with online appointments, ensure accessible support for everyone. We offer a range of services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
We offer comprehensive assessments for autism and ADHD in both children and adults.
